Cuban coffee is the Cuban version of an espresso. It is made by beating one spoonful of espresso with sugar to form a paste, then adding the remaining espresso to the aerated coffee paste to form a sweetened shot of strong coffee.
- 5 oz. Bee10Coffee paste
- 2-3 oz. Hot water
- Add a teaspoonful Bee10Coffee paste to a mug.
- Add 2-3oz hot water in a mug.
- Stir until dissolved.
